**Your area of responsibility**:

- Support the team throughout the investment lifecycle, from sourcing to execution and closing of transactions
- Support asset managers in measuring and creating shareholder value in existing portfolio companies
- Support on developing and maintaining financial models used for reporting and valuation of our portfolio companies
- Perform independent research on specific markets and investment opportunities
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives aimed at business growth and efficiency

**Your skills and experience**:

- Students in their penultimate or final year of study in top-tier business schools / universities, as well as recent graduates in finance, economics, engineering and/or equivalent advanced training (CFA, CIIA, or CAIA, or progress towards obtaining them)
- Relevant internship experience in any of the following sectors is a plus: investment banking/M&A, private equity, consulting, energy/utilities
- Familiarity with corporate finance, financial modeling, and the energy industry
- Strong analytical skills, high motivation, commitment and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and German is a must, Swiss German is a plus
