We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Wealth Management business.
You’ll get to:
- support people engagement initiatives within WM EMEA to drive growth and client satisfaction
- work on Junior Talent program related initiatives, trainings and projects for the region
- collaborate closely with the different stakeholders incl. front unit line managers, Business Managers, Talent & Development and HR partners
- coordinate and tracking integration roundtable within the different sectors
- participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zürich. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.
**People Engagement Team**
Our mandate is to drive people engagement development within WM EMEA to support business growth and client satisfaction by managing and providing guidance to:
- junior talents to enable them to thrive on the first paths of their careers
- talents development programs within the BU
- HR and hiring managers to strengthen and build the talent pipeline
- the BU as a whole to attract, develop and retain junior talents
- sectors through internal communications and engagement initiatives
As an integral part of the team you will gain an excellent overview of talent development programs within WM EMEA. You will be fully involved in dedicated engagement and development topics and build strong connections with the different WM markets as well as gain senior management exposure and network.
**Your expertise**
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- has excellent English (written and oral), German and any other language would be an asset
- has a good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

**Your program**
- This paid internship will last 3-12 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
