**Your role**
- Interested in working in finance, specifically asset management, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Asset Management business.
You’ll get to:

- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
- support teams who provide institutional clients with Asset Management solutions
- learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes
- support client relationship managers in the offer process for existing clients and prospects
- be part in implementing discretionary and non-discretionary management solutions requested by clients

You’ll get to:

- learn about all major traditional and alternative asset classes

**Your team**
- You’ll work in Asset Management, helping to manage large-scale assets with well-diversified businesses across regions, capabilities and distribution channels. You’ll be part of a team that works with one of the largest hedge funds and real estate investment managers in the world, one of the leading fund houses in Europe, and the largest mutual fund manager in Switzerland.

Specifically, you’ll be part of the Institutional Client Coverage Switzerland team in Zürich. We’re a dedicated team with an open corporate culture that values individual contributions and encourages proactive input and feedback. As an Off-cycle Intern, you’ll support the team in daily tasks and strategic projects to delivering a consistent client experience, providing a seamless integration of solutions and reaching our growth targets.

**Your expertise**
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
- is client-minded, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- is fluent in English and German

**Your program**
- This paid internship will last 6-12 months, where you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
