About the Role

On behalf of an innovative real estate company with a strong set of values, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated
Property Management Team Leader
to oversee a team managing a diverse property portfolio. This role offers both leadership responsibility and hands-on involvement in managing condominiums and investment properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team in the property management department, both professionally and personally.
  • Support your team's professional growth through a leadership style that encourages responsibility, collaboration, and proactive thinking.
  • Structure and optimize internal workflows, contributing to the strategic development of the business unit.
  • Manage a mixed property portfolio with a focus on condominiums and investment properties.
  • Act as the central point of contact for property owners, tenants, authorities, and external service providers.
  • Organize and lead owners' meetings.
  • Oversee maintenance and renovation projects, coordinating with external specialists and building managers.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications in real estate (e.g., professional certificate in real estate management or certified real estate trustee).
  • Proven professional experience in managing condominiums and investment properties.
  • Ideally, prior leadership experience—or the motivation and capability to grow into a management role.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with real estate software is an advantage.
