Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist, with primary responsibilities based in Zurich and the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Sales Specialist will manage client relationships, develop sales strategies, meet sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and provide training when necessary. The role also includes identifying opportunities for growth and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Capability in providing Training and mentorship
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g., German or French) is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and in hybrid work environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
