Change Management Specialist Intern
to help drive change initiatives across teams and processes.


Only applicants residing in Switzerland (citizens or valid permit holders) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of internal change initiatives
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and assist in developing communication plans
  • Monitor resistance and adoption across key business units
  • Help build training and onboarding resources for new processes/tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution


Ideal Candidate

  • Background in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
  • Strong interest in change management, operations, or organizational development
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with project tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Trello) is a plus
  • Fluent in English (German/French a bonus)
  • Organized, empathetic, and highly reliable in a remote setting
