Tu coordonnes les opérations et la qualité du Service Desk pour un client clé dans le secteur de l'horlogerie de luxe . Tu garantis des plans de service fiables, des performances stables et une haute satisfaction de la clientèle. En équipe, tu travailles avec des méthodes modernes et contribues à l'amélioration continue. Ainsi, tu fais avancer les choses avec une communication claire et structurée.

  • Tu ajustes et contrôles les plans de service, les rotations et la couverture horaire
  • Tu évalues la qualité des réponses et la conformité aux accords de niveau de service (SLA) et aux indicateurs clés de performance (KPI)
  • Tu suis les indicateurs de performance et proposes des actions correctives
  • Tu assures la communication entre la ou le responsable d'équipe et les agents du Service Desk
  • Tu prépares les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels, mets à jour la base de connaissances et valides l'intégration des nouvelles et nouveaux collègues
Tes skills
  • Expérience confirmée en environnement Service Desk ou support IT
  • Maîtrise des pratiques ITSM et ITIL, avec expérience d'outils comme ServiceNow
  • À l'aise avec les systèmes de ticketing, le reporting et le suivi des KPI
  • Diplôme (EPF/Uni/HES) en informatique ou domaine apparenté, ou expérience jugée équivalente
  • Excellente communication, sens du service et esprit d'équipe
  • Capacité à analyser des données et à piloter des plans d'amélioration
  • Organisation, rigueur et proactivité, avec sens des priorités
  • Français courant et anglais professionnel; allemand un atout
