Are you passionate about football and community sport? Do you love organizing events and making sure everything runs smoothly? FuzeFoot is looking for an Operations Coordinator based in Lausanne to help us bring organised, accessible football games to the city

About FuzeFoot:

FuzeFoot is a non-profit football association dedicated to making football accessible to everyone, everywhere. We organise weekly matches across cities in Switzerland, connect players, and foster a fun, inclusive football community.

Role & Responsibilities:

As our Operations Coordinator in Lausanne, you will:

  • Assist in managing
    weekly football games
    across the city.
  • Coordinate and support
    match hosts
    on game days.
  • Handle
    equipment logistics
    (balls, bibs, goals, etc.).
  • Ensure smooth
    day-to-day operations
    and excellent player experience.
  • Help grow FuzeFoot's presence in Lausanne by leveraging your
    knowledge of local sports infrastructures
    .

  • Passion for

    and community sport.
  • Based in Lausanne or around the city.
  • Familiarity with
    sports facilities and infrastructures in Lausanne
    .
  • Strong
    organizational and communication skills
    .
  • Ability to work
    independently
    and take initiative.
  • Friendly, approachable, and excited to
    join a growing team
    .
