Role Description
As a full-time Mortgage Loan Specialist, based on-site in Zurich, you will assist clients in evaluating their mortgage options and guide them through the lending process. Responsibilities include assessing client financial profiles, providing personalized mortgage solutions, preparing loan documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to provide excellent customer service while achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Mortgages and Mortgage Lending processes
- Marketing experience related to mortgage services and products
- Proficiency in Finance and financial analysis
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team-focused, on-site environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for loan processing and management
