MARKETING MANAGER SVIZZERA

Sede di lavoro Ticino

Mansioni:

  • Sviluppo e implementazione delle strategie di marketing e posizionamento per il portafoglio prodotti e nuovi lanci.
  • Pianificazione e creazione di materiali promozionali e documentazione scientifica a supporto delle vendite (brochure, schede prodotto).
  • Analisi di mercato, monitoraggio competitivo e ricerca di nuove opportunità di business.
  • Sviluppo e mantenimento delle relazioni con Key Opinion Leader (KOL)
  • Supporto e formazione alla forza vendita (interna ed esterna) sui prodotti.
  • Rappresentanza aziendale durante congressi ed eventi di settore.
  • Garanzia della conformità alle normative e linee guida in tutte le attività di comunicazione.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in chimica o farmaceutica.
  • Esperienza in ambito farmaceutico/chimico/cosmetico/alimentare
  • Ottima conoscenza del mercato svizzero.
  • Ottima conoscenza delle lingue nazionali (tedesco indispensabile)

Soft Skills:

  • Mentalità analitica e approccio proattivo.
  • Eccellenti doti comunicative e capacità di tradurre concetti scientifici in messaggi di marketing. Forte capacità di lavoro in team cross-funzionali.
  • Visione strategica e orientamento agli obiettivi.
