About AIS Collective

AIS Collective is a young, fast-growing company in the watch and jewellery care industry. We help timepieces and jewellery look their best and last a lifetime and as we grow, we're looking for someone to grow with us.

This role is one of our first permanent hires , meaning you'll have a real impact from day one. You'll work closely with the founders, freelancers, photographers, and partners in the watch industry. This is a hands-on role with significant growth potential, creative freedom, and the opportunity to bring your own ideas to shape our brand, our channels, and our marketing strategy.

Are you a creative, motivated student or flexible individual based in Zurich with a passion for watches and digital marketing? Do you love social media, have an eye for design, and want to experience the full spectrum of marketing at a growing company?

Your ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Growth

  • Support development of omni-channel strategy
  • Support trade show planning and coordination
  • Assist with website management (conversion optimisation, resellers, event banners, translations, managing freelancers)
  • Contribute to ongoing marketing reporting, ROI analysis, and strategic planning
  • Assist with SEO management and liaise with SEO freelancers

Social Media & Content

  • Collaborate with the founders to align content with brand identity
  • Support the management of two Instagram accounts
  • Plan, create, and schedule Instagram posts & stories (Reels a big plus)
  • Engage with followers, answer DMs, and help grow our community
  • Manage and maintain all marketing assets
  • Maintain and contribute to our blog

Design & Branding

  • Create co-branding materials, merchandise designs, print ads, posters
  • Produce visuals and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator

What You Bring

  • You are currently enrolled at a university or completed a degree in a related subject (Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or similar)
  • Strong interest in watches, jewellery, design, and storytelling
  • Experience with Instagram and digital content creation
  • Aesthetically driven with an excellent eye for detail
  • Basic design skills (Adobe Illustrator required)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and reliable
  • Fluent in English; German, French or Italian is a plus
  • Enthusiastic about supporting across functions when needed
