As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in amplifying our global digital presence. This remote role offers the freedom to create, innovate and influence the digital strategy of a fast‑growing global organization dedicated to empowerment, growth and high‑impact online engagement.
TasksAbout the Role
In this Digital Marketing Manager position, you will lead the strategy, execution and optimization of our digital marketing ecosystem across global markets. You'll design high‑performing campaigns, manage paid media, strengthen our content marketing efforts and elevate our brand through data‑driven storytelling - ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects our mission of transformation, empowerment and leadership growth.
RequirementsWhat You'll Do
- Develop and execute multi‑channel digital marketing strategies across social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing and content platforms
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive high‑quality leads, conversions and sales funnel growth
- Conduct professional phone and Zoom consultations with prospective clients
- Analyze campaign data, track KPIs and deliver insights to improve ROI, conversion rates and digital performance
- Partner with senior leaders on ongoing training and development programs
- Champion your own personal growth journey while promoting our programs
- Operate independently while contributing to a supportive, remote‑first global team
What We're Looking For
- A proactive digital marketer with resilience, accountability and strategic thinking
- Minimum 7 years' experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or growth marketing
- Strong communication skills, professional presence and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- A creative, coachable mindset with a passion for personal development and leadership growth
- Experience working remotely and managing multiple priorities with autonomy
