Reporting to the General Manager, you are responsible for the development and execution of the full marketing program, with a clear objective to support the markets and drive growth, both online and offline. Further to being passionate about the beauty industry, you need to be proactive, flexible, and resourceful, with good project management and organizational skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing 360° marketing & promotional plans, supporting its execution across various markets, together with our distribution partners.
  • Develop and manage new product launch plans in collaboration with the Product Development Manager, from positioning & ideation to launch, including product claims, packaging, factsheets and comprehensive launch material for online and offline channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of the Digital Marketing strategy, including e-commerce content, working with internal and external partners to drive brand awareness and optimise and improve Skincode's online presence and performance.
  • Collaborate in preparation of the annual marketing plan and budget, tracking expenditure and ROI.

Desired skills and experience:

  • 5+ years in brand management or marketing with at least 3+ years in skincare or the cosmetics industry.
  • Strong marketing/brand management toolkit (positioning, campaign development, on-brand messaging, and asset development) plus digital marketing.
  • Creative, flexible, communicative, and open personality with strong attention to detail and a track record in working with internal and external creative partners
  • Strong oral and written communication skills mainly in English but German is a plus and French would be an advantage. English is the shared business language.
