Marketing & Communications Manager (50-80%)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will help shape how we communicate our brand, products, and services. You will take ownership of various marketing initiatives, will help develop content, and explore new channels and opportunities.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across all channels, with a special focus on digital marketing
  • Write content for digital and print materials (presentations, brochures, flyers, newsletters, website, social media, etc.)
  • Develop ideas for digital storytelling – from short videos and social media content to presentations and interactive materials – and drive their execution
  • Develop assets and coordinate giveaways to support our presence at trade shows and events
  • Oversee the company website – structure, content updates, UX improvements, and SEO
  • Coordinate content calendars, ensuring consistent tone and visual identity across platforms
  • Ensure brand consistency in all communication materials
  • Manage external service providers and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
  • Support internal communication and employer branding activities

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, linguistics, or any related field
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in marketing or communications, with
    strong digital expertise
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and German are a must
  • Experience in website management, SEO, social media, and e-mail marketing
  • Experience in managing digital tools and platforms (CMS, analytics tools, design tools)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives at once
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of esthetics and attention to detail
  • Interest in medical technology and healthcare innovation
