Missions principales

  • gestion de projet : planifier, exécuter et finaliser les projets selon les délais impartis et les budgets alloués, tout en assurant l'atteinte des objectifs;
  • coordination et communication : travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, les parties prenantes internes et externes et les fournisseurs pour garantir une bonne communication et coordination des activités;
  • suivi de performance : mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs de performance pour mesurer l'avancement des projets et prendre des mesures correctives si nécessaire;
  • gestion des risques : identifier, évaluer et gérer les risques associés aux projets, en élaborant des plans de mitigation et de contingence;
  • amélioration continue : contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils de gestion de projet, en identifiant les meilleures pratiques et en proposant des solutions innovantes.

Formation requise

Diplôme d'études supérieures (master) en systèmes d'information; une formation certifiante en gestion de projet : Hermès, PMI, PSPO, PSM ou équivalente serait un plus.

Compétences obligatoires

  • expérience de 5 ans minimum dans la pratique professionnelle de la gestion de projet en conception logicielle : planification, rédaction de livrables, coordination des parties prenantes, identification et gestion des risques, communication, conduite du changement;
  • très bonne qualité de rédaction et excellent esprit de synthèse ; expérience dans la rédaction de divers types de documents, tels que des études d'opportunité ou de variantes, des manuels de projets, etc.;
  • aisance dans l'expression en public, dans l'animation d'instances de type comité de pilotage et de séances de présentation et/ou de formation;
  • expérience dans le dialogue avec des utilisateurs ou utilisatrices ou des managers, notamment dans la conduite de séances de travail, dans la rédaction de procès-verbaux, dans la restitution, reformulation et gestion du portefeuille des demandes, etc.;
  • expérience dans des interactions avec des équipes de développement, notamment par la capacité à comprendre et à discuter des composants techniques tels que diagrammes de classes, schémas de base de données, maquettes de pages Web, etc.;
  • connaissance approfondie des méthodologies de gestion de projet cycle en V et agiles (Hermes, Agile, Scrum, Prince2, etc.) et des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Jira, etc.);
  • maîtrise parfaite de la langue française;
  • maîtrise des outils bureautiques.

  • expérience en milieu institutionnel;
  • expérience au sein d'une administration publique;
  • expérience en matière de processus de gouvernance des systèmes d'information;
  • bonne compréhension de l'allemand.
