Solution Engineer
who thrives at the intersection of
technology, data, and customer success
— someone who loves solving complex problems, leading technical implementations, and helping clients unlock the full potential of analytics platforms.

This role blends
solution architecture, customer engagement, and hands-on technical execution
— perfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do


• Lead new and ongoing
proofs of concept and rollouts
, from first engagement to full-scale adoption.


• Act as a
trusted technical advisor
, designing and implementing scalable data solutions.


• Collaborate with customer teams to understand goals, use cases, and data ecosystems.


• Drive
technical enablement
, training, and best practice sharing.


• Work closely with
Product and Engineering teams
, sharing customer insights to influence the roadmap.


• Identify
expansion opportunities
and partner with Sales to deliver added value.

What You Bring


• 3+ years of experience in
Data & Analytics consulting
, solution delivery, or technical customer success.


• Expertise with tools like
Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Fivetran, dbt, Tableau, Power BI
, or similar.


• Strong
SQL and data modeling
skills for BI and analytics use cases.


• Proven ability to
manage customer relationships and projects autonomously
.


•
Fluency in German and English
(essential for engaging with clients in Switzerland).


• Excellent communication — able to translate technical concepts into business impact.


• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and comfort working in
fast-paced, high-growth environments
.
