The Solutions Architect designs and delivers technology solutions that solve business problems and align with organizational goals. The role acts as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem Analysis:
    Understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Solution Architecture:
    Design end-to-end solution architectures across software, infrastructure, and cloud.
  • Technical Strategy:
    Define the technical vision, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Communicate clearly with business stakeholders, project teams, and developers.
  • Implementation Guidance:
    Oversee build and delivery to ensure alignment with the approved architecture.
  • Technology Assessment:
    Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical background across software, cloud, and infrastructure.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Architectural thinking and experience designing complex systems.

Must-Have Experience:

  • Data centre exit exposure — both infrastructure and applications
  • Fluent Swiss or German
