As a
Safety and Compliance Monitoring Officer
you will ensure an effective and profitable Management System in compliance with aviation regulatory requirements.

Your tasks

  • Foster a positive safety culture and ensure the Safety & Regulatory Compliance Policy is communicated and applied organization-wide.
  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve all elements of the Safety Management System (SMS) per the SRT LM MOE.
  • Ensure compliance with civil aviation regulations and international standards.
  • Facilitate hazard identification, risk assessment, and management.
  • Support risk mitigation actions outlined in the safety action plan.
  • Prepare periodic safety performance reports and maintain SMS documentation.
  • Provide safety guidance and assist with internal occurrence investigations.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Safety Management, or related field.
  • Min 10 years experience in safety, compliance, or quality management within the aviation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks and standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • English C1 Level
