I am recruiting for an experienced Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer to join my client's team at an early-stage technology company based in Switzerland. This Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer role is focused on delivering the company's first custom IC and establishing the foundations for future chip development.

As an Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer, you will work closely with senior leadership to take an early concept through to a proven silicon result. This is a hands-on role with broad technical ownership and a high level of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

  • Defining circuit architectures based on an early IC roadmap and system requirements
  • Designing analog and mixed signal blocks such as power, control or readout circuits
  • Running detailed simulations including noise, transient, corner and Monte Carlo analysis
  • Completing full custom layout, parasitic extraction and final sign off check
  • Preparing tape out activities, including test structures and PDK integration
  • Supporting silicon bring up, characterisation and measurement analysis
  • Creating initial design flows and documentation for long-term reuse
  • Coordinating with external partners such as foundries or test providers when needed

My client is looking for an Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer with proven tape out experience and strong hands-on skills across schematic design, simulation, layout and lab validation. Experience in low noise, precision, power management or RF circuits would be beneficial.
