Are you ready to develop technology that's reshaping communications across land, sea, air, and space?

Our partner is working on the next generation of satellite communication systems and seeking an Electronic Hardware Engineer to join their Switzerland-based R&D team. In this role, you'll take full ownership of the electronic board development cycle and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance analog and mixed-signal solutions for phased array antenna systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design, development, and integration of reliable analog and mixed-signal electronics.
  • Define architecture, select components, design PCBs, and bring up prototypes.
  • Conduct hands-on testing and verification in the lab using oscilloscopes, VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and other tools.
  • Document your designs for manufacturing, testing, and production handoff.
  • Collaborate with RF, mechanical, and software engineers throughout the product lifecycle.

What You'll Need:

  • MSc in Electronic Engineering (or related field) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in board-level electronics for high-reliability or safety-critical environments (e.g. aerospace, automotive, medical).
  • Proficient in schematic and PCB design tools (preferably Altium).
  • Experience with digital electronics and high-speed interfaces.
  • Comfortable working with low-voltage, high-current, and low-noise designs.
  • Familiar with quality-focused design principles and DFM/DFA/DFT.
  • Practical, hands-on approach to lab work and troubleshooting.
