Job Title: Service Desk Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Desk Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for handling service requests and incidents, updating documentation, and performing basic system administration tasks.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and other applications.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with ITIL4 Foundation, Azure Administrator Foundation, or ServiceNow Administrator Foundation is an asset.
