Bioprocess Engineer (w/m/d).

Workload: 100%

Standort: Visp

Dauer: 10 Monate (mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Produktionskampagnen nach cGMP-Richtlinien
    verantwortungsvoll durchführen und deren Einhaltung sicherstellen.
  • Risikoanalysen erstellen und prüfen
    sowie die daraus abgeleiteten Maßnahmen konsequent umsetzen.
  • Chargenausführung überwachen
    , Testergebnisse auswerten und bei Abweichungen Probleme identifizieren, Anlagenstörungen beheben und Lösungsvorschläge einbringen.
  • Prozesse und GMP-Dokumentation vollständig dokumentieren
    , inklusive Prozess-Know-how.
  • Kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserungen
    initiieren, gemeinsam mit Projektteams (z. B. F&E) Effizienzsteigerungen und eine optimale Nutzung der Anlagen vorantreiben.
  • Mitarbeiter schulen und anleiten
    : Durchführung von Kampagnenschulungen für spezifische Produkte sowie Mitverantwortung für projektübergreifende Trainings und den täglichen Betrieb.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master, Uni/FH) in
    Biotechnologie, Life Sciences, Chemieingenieurwesen
    oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Erste
    Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen oder biotechnologischen Produktion
    , idealerweise im Bereich Operations.
  • Sehr gute
    Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
    in Wort und Schrift.
  • Fundiertes
    GMP-Verständnis
