Bioprocess Engineer – 6762 ASH

Main Responsibilities:

  • As a Bioprocess Engineer (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the correct execution of production campaigns in accordance with cGMP guidelines.
  • Creation and review of risk analyses and implementation of the resulting measures.
  • Ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, troubleshooting problems, troubleshooting production equipment, and proposing solutions.
  • Complete documentation of processes and process know-how, as well as complete GMP documentation.
  • Continuous improvement opportunities for processes, equipment, and procedures, in collaboration with various project teams such as R&D, to increase process efficiency and the economic use of equipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree (university/technical college) in biotechnology, life sciences, chemical engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnological production, preferably in the area of operations.
  • English is mandatory and German is nice to have
  • Understanding of GMP.
  • Strong team and leadership skills, as well as very good communication skills are among your strengths.
  • Characterized by cross-functional, structured, and focused work.
  • Well organized and open to new ideas and suggestions.
  • Experience in operations and knowledge of TrackWise is an advantage
