Die Lakeside Business Center AG betreibt moderne Business Centren im Zentrum von Zug. Das Operations Team ist für die Vermietung von Bürofläche (Privatbüros, Co-Working, Meetingräume) und die Bewirtschaftung der Standorte zuständig. Administrative und organisatorische Arbeiten, sowie eine erstklassige Kunden- bzw. Standortbetreuung vor Ort gehören u.a. zu den Aufgaben des Operations Teams.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben in unserem Team:

  • Kundenbetreuung und Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Service
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Erstellung von Offerten, Verträgen und Präsentationen
  • Organisation, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings
Qualifikation

Das bringst Du fachlich mit:

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Backoffice-Bereich
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexible/r Allrounder/in mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Professionelles Auftreten, ein hohes Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
