We're looking for an Account Manager to support the international expansion of well-known healthy food brands. You'll work closely with local partners, develop market-specific Route-to-Market strategies, and help strengthen the company's presence in key regions. This role combines market analysis, partner management, and hands-on execution within the healthy snacking category.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with commercial partners to grow healthy snacking brands internationally
  • Develop joint business plans and define market-specific Route-to-Market strategies
  • Visit markets regularly to understand local needs and support distributors
  • Analyse market data (e.g., Nielsen, retailer sell-out) and turn insights into actionable plans
  • Improve product visibility in retail using established activation models
  • Review performance regularly with partners and provide clear feedback
  • Assess pricing, value chains, and product assortments per country
  • Create business cases for new product opportunities
  • Track KPIs and report progress to the International Sales Manager Global Markets

What You Bring

  • Master's degree in economics, sales, marketing, or related field
  • 2 years' FMCG sales or category management experience
  • Understanding of international business environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Strong intercultural communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented, collaborative mindset with ability to work independently
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
