Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

As AMINA continues to grow and evolve, we are seeking a strategic and visionary Learning and Development Programme Manager to lead our global talent development agenda.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that supports AMINA's business goals and nurtures a culture of continuous growth. You will lead the global L&D function independently, collaborating closely with the Head of People & Culture, business leaders, and subject matter experts to co-create impactful, scalable learning solutions.

Your AMINA To-Do List

• Strategic Learning Design:
  
  Develop and implement a global learning strategy aligned with AMINA's business objectives and talent development priorities.
• Cross-Functional Training Design & Delivery
  
  Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs tailored to the needs of various departments including Sales, Compliance, Account Management, and other verticals. These programs should focus on enhancing functional expertise, product knowledge, consultative engagement, and regulatory understanding, with a strong emphasis on financial services and fintech contexts.
• Learning Journeys:
  
  Create role-specific learning pathways across functions, levels, and geographies. Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Learning to track engagement, completion rates, and training trends.
• Global Leadership:
  
  Lead the global L&D function independently while collaborating with the Head of People & Culture, business leaders, and subject matter experts to co-create impactful learning solutions.
• Culture & Innovation:
  
  Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and excellence that reflects AMINA's values and promotes continuous learning.
• Platform Oversight:
  
  Manage learning platforms and tools to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experience for employees.
• Impact Measurement:
  
  Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using data and feedback, continuously refining them to enhance adoption and outcomes.
• Learning Advocacy:
  
  Champion a learning culture across AMINA by embedding development into daily workflows and the overall employee experience.

Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:

• Proven experience leading global L&D functions, preferably within financial services or similarly complex, regulated industries.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs across multiple business functions—including Sales, Compliance, Account Management, and other operational and strategic verticals.
• Solid understanding of digital assets and a genuine interest in the evolving digital finance landscape.
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering scalable learning programs across diverse countries and cultures.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning technologies.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally to AMINA's office locations as needed.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
