For one of our clients, a leading international trading group, we are seeking a Grains Trading Operations Manager to join their Geneva office. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior professional with solid experience in dry bulk operations to lead and optimize complex trading activities across the EMEA region.

Your mission:

  • Oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of international grain contracts
  • Lead a small team, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the full execution cycle
  • Liaise with traders, charterers, surveyors, and financial partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
  • Supervise documentation and payment processes (letters of credit, insurance, GAFTA compliance)
  • Identify process improvements and support continuous operational excellence

Your profile:

  • Degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field
  • 10 years' experience in dry bulk trading operations, ideally grains, and 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong exposure to EMEA markets and international trade finance instruments
  • Fluent in French and English (both required)
  • Hands-on leader with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
