Team Leader – Validation, Standards & Data Analysis % (f/m/d)

Lead and coordinate the Validation, Standards & Data Analysis Team within the Technology Center. This team ensures robust testing practices, compliance with standards, and advanced data analytics to support R&D projects for high-voltage products. The role focuses on testing coordination, best practice definition, and data-driven insights, while fostering strong collaboration with internal and external laboratories.

How you'll make an impact
  • Coordinate and oversee testing activities within R&D projects

  • Define, maintain, and share best practices for testing methodologies, validation processes, and data analysis

  • Act as the primary interface with internal and external laboratories, ensuring smooth scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with safety and quality standards

  • Lead a team of 7 regular FTEs and 1 intern, including R&D Test Engineers, Testing Design Specialists, and Data Analysts

  • Drive data analysis initiatives to interpret test results and support design improvements

  • Collaborate with design teams, technology leads, and project managers to integrate validation and data insights into product development

  • Promote continuous improvement in testing and data analysis tools, processes, and reporting systems

  • Ensure adherence to internal and external standards for high-voltage product testing and validation.

Your background
  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in testing of High-Voltage Circuit Breakers within R&D or product development environments
  • Strong background in testing methodologies, validation processes, and data analytics
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with standards and compliance for HV products
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and statistical analysis
  • Experience with digitalization of testing processes and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to foster a culture of quality, safety, and innovation
