We're seeking an experienced Revit professional to take ownership of project delivery and guide a team of specialists for our client, a leading global civil engineer company with exciting projects across Switzerland. This senior position blends technical expertise with leadership, ensuring high-quality outcomes across diverse engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a small team of Revit specialists, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with standards
  • Act as the go-to expert for Revit workflows and BIM coordination.
  • Drive quality assurance processes and optimize digital design methods
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to deliver seamless results
  • Manage and develop the Revit software environment (templates, families, workflows) in cooperation with regional teams, ensuring consistency and innovation across projects

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience with Revit and BIM in engineering or construction environments
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
  • Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to quality
  • Fluency in German and English are absolutely essential
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
