# Logistics Specialist Clinical Distribution # (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Basel Stadt Start date: asap Reference number: 846436/1 ### Responsibilities ### * Manage operational orders and coordinate clinical supply shipments, including drop shipments * Ensure all shipping documents and licenses comply with country-specific regulations * Monitor shipments to guarantee timely delivery and proactively resolve disruptions * Maintain and update country-specific logistics requirements * Serve as the main point of contact for logistics-related inquiries from stakeholders and partners * Facilitate communication using dashboards, systems, and data analytics * Collaborate closely with site logistics teams, including warehousing, transport, and customs * Support global projects, system monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives ### Profile ### * Vocational training or bachelor-s degree in supply chain, business, or a technical field * Experience in end-to-end clinical supply chain, logistics, or distribution * Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German * Proficiency with IT tools and systems (e.g., customer portals, order entry platforms) * Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Collaborative, inclusive, and service-oriented mindset * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment ### Benefits ### * Remote-Option * Opportunity to contribute to global clinical trial delivery and patient access * International team environment with cross-functional collaboration
