Ihre Mission:

Als IT-Infrastructure Specialist (m/w/d) sind Sie der verantwortungsvolle IT-Anker vor Ort. Sie gewährleisten die hohe Verfügbarkeit, Leistung und Sicherheit der IT-Systeme, die den Produktionsbetrieb, die Qualitätssicherung und die Lieferkette unterstützen. Sie sind die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen der globalen IT und den operativen Anforderungen der Produktion.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Sie sichern die Zuverlässigkeit und Performance der IT-Infrastruktur in einer 24/7-Produktionsumgebung.
  • Sie gewährleisten die reibungslose Integration von IT und operativer Technologie (OT) und arbeiten eng mit den Fachbereichen vor Ort zusammen.
  • Sie wirken als lokaler Experte für Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP-Integrationen und Shopfloor-Konnektivität.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (Patch-Management, Endpoint Protection) und helfen, die Compliance in einer regulierten Umgebung sicherzustellen.
  • Sie koordinieren und unterstützen IT-Projekte und -Verbesserungen am Standort.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Verwaltung und dem Support von IT-Infrastrukturen, idealerweise in einer industriellen oder produzierenden Umgebung.
  • Praktische Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien, Windows-Server-Umgebungen und Virtualisierung (VMware).
  • Interesse an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Produktion (OT); erste Erfahrungen mit MES oder SCADA sind ein Plus.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse.
