Order Processing and Export Specialist 100%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Auftragsabwicklung von A bis Z für die zugeteilten Länder
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Auslieferung
  • Erstellung von Exportdokumenten und Organisation der Transporte
  • Einholung von Beglaubigungen sowie Bearbeitung von Bankgarantien
  • Abwicklung von Gefahrguttransporten
  • Koordination als Schnittstelle zur internen Beschaffung
  • Täglicher Kontakt mit internationaler Kundschaft, Spediteuren und Banken
  • Optional: Übernahme der Betreuung der kaufmännisch Lernenden in der Funktion als Berufsbildner/in oder als Praxisbildner/in, nach Absprache

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung (EFZ), idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zur/zum Aussenhandelsfachfrau/-mann
  • Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Auftragsabwicklung und im Export
  • Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik oder einem ähnlich stark reglementierten Umfeld sowie Kenntnisse in der Gefahrgutabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Engagierte, präzise und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine gute Teamfähigkeit
