Through exposure to the diverse facets of a Métier, HORIZONS prepares the leaders of tomorrow for an accelerated journey of growth. Participants rotate through different teams to gain 360° understanding of their business area.

Job responsibilities
HORIZONS Retail Edition invites you to dive into the core of our Retail universe. Through a series of rotations across diverse teams and locations, you will gain a broad understanding of your business area, build cross-functional expertise, and strengthen collaboration and networking skills. This enriching journey is designed to equip you with the experience to become a future Team Manager.
During your program, you will be exposed to the following rotations. Every career journey is unique, reflecting the unparalleled diversity of our talents and métiers.

Your development is at the heart of HORIZONS Program and each journey is personalized to your development with the goal of transitioning into a leadership role at the end of the program.

Hereunder the skills required to apply to the program:
- Open to local and international relocation (mandatory) - please note that the first part of the journey will not necessarily be in Zurich
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Proficient in German and English
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Customer Services or Airlines
- Pioneering Spirit & Agility to thrive in dynamic environments
- Collaboration & Collective team spirit to navigate fast-pace complex environments
- Driven by Excellence to push boundaries
- Passionate about the client experience and building a career in Retail
