In the academic internship, you will support the team in various areas and work in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for the further development and optimisation of innovative products and processes in order to offer our customers and employees added value. You will also play an important role in analysing customer behaviour and market data to identify new growth opportunities. Your contribution to the development and implementation of online frameworks and digitalisation enables a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.

Your skills

  • Degree (Uni/UAS/PEI) in business informatics, business administration, marketing or similar fields
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in project management, ideally in a technical environment
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Good knowledge of scripting and data analysis, e.g. SQL, Python, BI tools
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and agile methods, especially SAFe and Scrum
  • Quick on the uptake and a structured, independent way of working
  • Proactive and team-oriented personality
  • Good networked thinking and understanding of business contexts
  • Very good German and English; French is an advantage
