In diesem
12-monatigen
, praxisorientierten Studierendenprogramm tauchst du in die faszinierende Welt von Netzwerk, Infrastruktur und Innovation bei Swisscom NET ein. Du arbeitest aktiv in einem unserer DevOps-Teams, gestaltest gemeinsam mit anderen Studierenden und Mentor*innen ein Value-Stream-spezifisches Innovationsprojekt und präsentierst deine Ergebnisse vor relevanten Stakeholdern. Dabei entwickelst du deine Skills in Cloud, Automatisierung und AI weiter, baust ein starkes Netzwerk innerhalb von NET auf und erhältst durch einen internationalen Besuch wertvolle Einblicke über die Landesgrenzen hinaus.
Programmstart ist im Februar 2026.

  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung innovativer Produkte und Prozesse (AI, Automatisierung, Cloud, Digitalisierung)
  • Unterstützung bei Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsinitiativen
  • Datenanalyse und Scripting zur Optimierung von Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturprozessen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in agilen Projektteams (Scrum/SAFe) und an einem Innovationsprojekt

Deine Skills

  • Kürzlich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (Uni/FH) in Informatik, Data Science, Engineering oder verwandten Fachrichtungen (Abschluss nicht länger als ein Jahr her)
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse, AI und/oder Cloud-Technologien
  • Gute Skills in Scripting/Programmierung (z. B. Python, SQL, BI-Tools)
  • Begeisterung für neue Technologien und agile Methoden (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Proaktive und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Vernetztes, analytisches Denken und Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil
