As the Inside Sales Representative you will support the Field Account Management Team to
sell Agilent Technologies products, solutions and services.
This will include Chromatography (LC, GC, GC/MS, HPLC), and Spectroscopy (Atomic and Molecular)
instrumentation, as well as Lab informatics in an assigned territory primarily through outbound and inbound
telephone sales activities.
In this position, your daily tasks will include:
- Work closely with designated Field Account Managers, handling transactional business for their accounts, including quoting, order entry, and related administration.
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them where possible.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities with both new customers (business development) and existing customers (up-sell/cross-sell).
- Interpret customer needs and build long-term, trusted partnerships.
- Support and coordinate the full sales cycle, from pre-sales through to delivery, installation, and setup.
- Manage complex and technical discussions with customers while liaising daily with internal and external stakeholders.

- Laboratory Technician Certificate or university degree in a science field (e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar).
- Relevant hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as Chromatography (LC, GC), MS, or Spectroscopy, in a similar role or as an end user.
- Commercial or retail experience is advantageous.
- Strong desire to learn and continuously develop both technical and soft skills, with a focused, self-motivated approach to work.
- Proactive, logical problem-solver with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience; proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
