Join us at the forefront of data literacy, where your analytical skills will shape the future of business intelligence and customer focusAs the Inside Sales Representative you will support the Field Account Management Team tosell Agilent Technologies products, solutions and services.This will include Chromatography (LC, GC, GC/MS, HPLC), and Spectroscopy (Atomic and Molecular)instrumentation, as well as Lab informatics in an assigned territory primarily through outbound and inboundtelephone sales activities.In this position, your daily tasks will include:Work closely with designated Field Account Managers, handling transactional business for their accounts, including quoting, order entry, and related administration.Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them where possible.Identify and develop sales opportunities with both new customers (business development) and existing customers (up-sell/cross-sell).Interpret customer needs and build long-term, trusted partnerships.Support and coordinate the full sales cycle, from pre-sales through to delivery, installation, and setup.Manage complex and technical discussions with customers while liaising daily with internal and external stakeholders.Enjoy a fun working environment with exposure to new technologies, strong training and development, and excellent career progression with an industry market leaderQualificationsLaboratory Technician Certificate or university degree in a science field ( chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or similar).Relevant hands-on experience with analytical techniques such as Chromatography (LC, GC), MS, or Spectroscopy, in a similar role or as an end user.Commercial or retail experience is advantageous.Strong desire to learn and continuously develop both technical and soft skills, with a focused, self-motivated approach to work.Proactive, logical problem-solver with high attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience; proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.Why Join Us?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic sales team with a proven track record of success.
