  • Tu collabores étroitement avec le support de 2e et 3e niveau
  • Support à distance et formation des utilisateurs – Assistance à distance et formation sur site
  • Tu documentes les demandes ainsi que les informations clients

Tes atouts

  • Formation professionnelle achevée en tant qu'assistante en pharmacie ou formation équivalente
  • Idéalement, tu as de l'expérience avec l'application triaPHARM
  • Aptitudes en communication, grande autonomie, plaisir du contact direct avec les clients et orientation service L'équipe est organisée de manière décentralisée – une certaine flexibilité pour les déplacements est requise
  • Langue maternelle francais, l'allemand est un atout
