Das kannst du bewirken

  • Als Co-Lead verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung des zentralen Pharmacy Service & Support für unsere fast 6000 Mitarbeitenden in allen Apotheken (Amavita, SunStore, Coop Vitality) der Galenica Gruppe
  • Du definierst die Pharmacy Service Strategie und Roadmap und trägst dazu bei, den Alltag all unserer Apotheken zu erleichtern
  • Du organisierst dein agiles First-Level-Team und koordinierst die Prozesse mit den anderen First-Level-Teams sowie mit den internen Entwicklungsteams für das Incident Management und alle Service Requests
  • Du stellst die Qualität unserer Leistungen (SLA, KPI) über alle Kanäle – Self-Service, Ticketing, Telefon – sicher und definierst die Rahmenbedingungen und Arbeitsanweisungen für dein Team

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Informatik (oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung) sowie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Support oder im Kundendienst
  • Autonom, gut organisiert und kommunikationsstark – du überzeugst mit Klarheit
  • Es liegt dir am Herzen, unsere Services kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln, um unseren Kundinnen und Kunden die bestmögliche Erfahrung zu bieten
  • Mit einem Team von rund 20 Personen, das zwischen Bern und Ecublens verteilt ist, zeigst du die nötige Flexibilität für gelegentliche Einsätze an beiden Standorten
  • Du beherrschst Französisch mündlich und schriftlich einwandfrei; Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Erfahrung in folgenden Bereichen ist von Vorteil: Atlassian Product Suite inkl. Jira Service Management, Product Ownership, agile Arbeitsmethoden, ITIL, IT Service Management, Teamführung
