Operations & Compliance Officer – Zurich, Switzerland

Our client, a rapidly growing Banking firm based in Zurich, is looking for a Operations & Compliance Officer to support key regulatory and operational workflows. Operating at the intersection of finance and technology, they provide cutting-edge trading solutions for global digital asset markets.

You'll work on:

  • Managing client onboarding and KYC/AML checks
  • Supporting financial reporting and compliance monitoring
  • Assisting with international licensing and regulatory filings
  • Improving internal processes and operational tools

What you bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in compliance, operations, or regulatory roles (Fintech preferred).
  • Solid understanding of AML and financial compliance standards
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset
  • Swiss or EU passport
