Location: Zürich, Switzerland

We are seeking a team of three Compliance Officers to review and analyze legal documentation and procedures for entities and private clients, in accordance with the CDB 20 requirements, for a Swiss bank. The successful candidates will be responsible for onboarding reviews, evaluating complex KYC cases and transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements linked to Swiss banking requirements. ​​​​​​​

Responsibilities:
Review onboarding cases while considering legal and regulatory requirements (AMLA, AMLO, CDB 20, FinSA, cross-border client segmentation, FATCA/CRS)Support front-line employees in evaluating complex KYC cases and transactionsMonitor transactions and sanction alertsManage KYC and Due Diligence Analysis processesDevelop and review Compliance policies and proceduresAssess and implement regulatory changes in processes, policies, product, and client documentationIdentify, evaluate, mitigate, and report Compliance risks

 Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in the financial sectorExperience as an in-house compliance officer within a bank or the broader financial industryInterest in, or experience with, blockchain and emerging technologiesIdeally, compliance experience in either Switzerland, UAE, Hong Kong, and/or SingaporeFamiliarity with investment products and related regulatory aspectsFluent in English and German, both written and verbalExcellent drafting skills, communication skills, and attention to detailAbility to think around a more nuanced and complex international setupPlease note that we can only accept applications from candidates who are based in Switzerland, with a valid Swiss work permit.
