Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess existing client KYC documentation and ensure full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements
  • Perform gap analysis and coordinate uplift activities to address missing or outdated information
  • Conduct thorough screening and background checks on potential clients to identify any adverse news, sanctions, or politically exposed persons (PEPs) in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • Evaluate the risk profile of high-risk clients and transactions (AML) by analyzing their source of funds, business activities, and relationships to mitigate potential risks effectively
  • Prepare comprehensive Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports that highlight key findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for further action, ensuring all findings are documented accurately

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English
  • Resident in Switzerland
  • Min. 1+ year of PQE
  • Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
