Partner - Insurance

We are partnering with a fast-growing consultancy to appoint a Partner who will shape and scale its Insurance practice. This is a senior leadership role with end-to-end ownership of growth - spanning business development, large-scale transformation, and delivery across the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities;
- Own and drive new business development across the Swiss and DACH insurance market
- Build and maintain strong C-suite relationships with leading insurance clients
- Define and execute the Insurance & Guidewire go-to-market strategy
- Lead major sales pursuits, RFPs, and commercial negotiations
- Establish and grow strategic alliances with Guidewire and broader ecosystem partners
- Provide executive oversight of large-scale Guidewire programmes (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Cloud)
- Act as a trusted advisor on insurance technology, transformation, and operating models
- Ensure delivery excellence, financial performance, and effective risk management
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing leadership and delivery teams in Switzerland
- Contribute to practice growth, thought leadership, IP development, and partner governance
The ideal candidate should have;
- 15+ years of consulting or industry experience within insurance.
- Deep Guidewire expertise, including multiple end-to-end implementations.
- An extensive background with business development with proven success.
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance processes and operating models.
- Fluent German and English (mandatory).
