As a Claims Manager, you ensure our long-term success. In this role, you are at the heart of the customer experience and actively shape the customer journey. In an exciting international environment, you act as the main point of contact for claims submitted through our fully digital software solution.
\uD83D\uDD0D What you'll do:- Support and advise corporate clients
- Oversee claims handling in the daily sickness allowance (KTG) area
- Review responsibilities and coverage for each case, implement case management strategies, and assess potential for recourse
- Conduct active case management, obtain medical documentation, and collaborate with social insurance institutions
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and work closely with various stakeholders
- At least 3+ years of experience in the personal insurance field (especially KTG), with expertise in the medical or coaching domain
- Technical affinity and enthusiasm for new technologies in insurance, as well as innovative approaches to prevention and reintegration of employees into the workforce
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with partners and support insured individuals during their absence
- A team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
- Excellent spoken and written French (C1); and good english skills
- Experience working with international insurance solutions and employee benefits
