Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische Ansprechperson auf dem Shopfloor und aufnehmen wie priorisieren von fachlichen Anforderungen zur gemeinsamen Umsetzung mit der Entwicklung
  • Evaluieren von Hardware, definieren von Standards, koordinieren der Beschaffung und konfigurieren der Software in enger Abstimmung mit der IT Operations
  • Durchführen und Dokumentieren von User Acceptance Tests sowie Schulungen, damit neue Funktionen und Tools effizient und effektiv eingesetzt werden können
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle Mitarbeitenden die richtigen Berechtigungen und Feature Flags erhalten
  • Betreuen der bestehenden Tools und Unterstützung bei Sonderentwicklungen (z. B. Dashboards), sowie koordinieren von Maschinenanbindungen und testen von neuen Tools

Damit überzeugst Du uns

  • Technische oder IT-nahe Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF
  • Erste Erfahrung in der digitalen Transformation von Produktionsprozessen – mit klarem Verständnis für Herausforderungen und Chancen
  • Kenntnisse in IIoT, Low-Code (Mendix, MS Power Platform), SAP, Jira/Confluence, SharePoint & Teams
  • Kenntnisse in agilen Arbeitsweisen - erste praktische Anwendung von Methoden wie SAFe, SCRUM und KANBAN
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse zur internationalen Zusammenarbeit
