Das Placid Hotel Zurich bietet 115 Design-Zimmer sowie Event-, Seminar- und Kongressbereiche mit neuster Technologie. Das öffentliche Restaurant Buckhuser offeriert 110 Innen- und 100 Terrassenplätze und das Selbstbedienungs-Restaurant Intermezzo hat Platz für 80 Personen.

Night Auditor (m/w) 60%

  • Während der Nacht bist du für einen reibungslosen und professionellen Ablauf im gesamten Hotel zuständig
  • Du trägst dazu bei, dass sich die Gäste gut betreut fühlen (Check-in und Check-out)
  • Die internationalen Gäste schätzen deine professionelle Beratung
  • Dank dir werden unsere Reservationen auch in der Nacht entgegengenommen und zeitnah bearbeitet
  • Den Tagesabschluss und die Kassenkontrolle für das Hotel und das Restaurant Buckhuser erledigst du einwandfrei
  • Pflichtbewusst erledigst du Concierge- und Reinigungsarbeiten, inkl. Sicherheitsrundgänge

  • Dank deiner sorgfältigen Vorbereitung lädt das Frühstücksbuffet zum Geniessen ein

  • Erfahrung als Night Auditor, vorzugsweise in einem Hotel oder motivierter Quereinsteiger

  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse des Reservierungssystems Protel
  • Ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
  • Organisationstalent sowie eigenverantwortlich und saubere Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
