Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management for the group-wide rollout of the eBilling tool
  • Planning and coordination of onboarding activities for local country entities
  • Stakeholder management, especially with IT, local General Counsels, and Accounting departments
  • Supporting in the tool's implementation and training
  • Monitoring and ensuring adherence to project milestones and deliverables

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Legal Operations, ideally in an international corporate environment
  • Solid expertise in managing and implementing eBilling tools
  • Legal background or legal studies preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in cross-functional project management
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
