Bern, Bern, Schweiz Innosuisse Vollzeit CHF 60'000 - CHF 80'000 pro Jahr

Innosuisse
promotes science-based innovation for the Switzerland of tomorrow and helps start-ups and SMEs to take advantage of future opportunities and be internationally competitive.

Specialist Innovation Checks (m/f/d) 60% - 80%

In this position as a specialist in our National Programs and Innovation Checks department, you will process funding applications for innovation checks, from the submission of applications to the completion of the preliminary study/project. The innovation check helps start-ups and SMEs in Switzerland to test innovative ideas in collaboration with a research partner.

The position is initially limited to one year, with the possibility of extension.

Your tasks:

  • You will work at the interface with applicants, experts, and the Innovation Council and, together with your colleague, ensure the efficient and smooth administrative processing of applications—from submission to payment of funding.
  • You will check whether applications can be forwarded to our experts and the Innovation Council for assessment.
  • You will be responsible for issuing decisions once applications have been approved or rejected.
  • You will monitor ongoing Innovation Check projects until their successful completion.
  • You will advise and support start-ups, SMEs, and research partners and always ensure professional and customer-oriented communication with the various stakeholders.
  • You will contribute to the continuous development of processes and tools.
  • You will participate in projects and represent Innosuisse at events and functions.

Our requirements:

You have a higher vocational qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience or a vocational qualification with 4-7 years of relevant experience (or equivalent). You have experience in process management and very good knowledge of common MS Office tools.

You are interested in project administration and have an above-average service orientation. Your strengths include a structured, systematic approach to work, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of independence. Working efficiently and results-oriented under time pressure is no problem for you. Reliability and adherence to deadlines are important prerequisites for the successful fulfillment of these tasks.

You enjoy working independently and with a high degree of personal responsibility. You can easily integrate yourself into a team and are highly flexible. Good written and verbal communication skills, very good knowledge of two national languages, and English round off your profile.

Why Innosuisse:

  • An exciting and dynamic work environment where you will contribute to promoting science-based innovation in Switzerland in the interests of the economy and society.
  • A varied range of tasks at the heart of Swiss innovation, where you can contribute your knowledge and experience and help to successfully promote highly innovative products and services.
  • Flexibility and attractive employment conditions with excellent social benefits.
  • A motivated, committed and professional team waiting to welcome you.

Would you like to change the world with Swiss innovations? If so, we look forward to receiving your application. For further information, please contact Kathrin Kramer, Head of Program Funding (tel or email ).

Innosuisse respects the different needs and life experiences of its employees and promotes diversity. Due to the team constellation, applications from native French or Italian speakers are particularly welcome. Equal opportunities are a top priority and we are committed to promoting the professional integration of people with disabilities.
