The opportunity

With our Gas insulated switchgear factory, we are producing cutting age equipment with the target to support the energy transition and to bring a sustainable future for all of us and for next generations. Due to increasing demand for our equipment and our strong commitment to product quality and customer support, we are expanding our team with the addition of a Customer Quality Engineer. This role combines strong technical expertise with excellent interpersonal skills to enable close collaboration with customers. It offers a dynamic and engaging environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the future success of the company. How you'll make an impact

  • Manage and drive quality cases impacting multiple customers

  • Take ownership of the internal and external customer complaints, ensuring fast and sustainable solutions

  • Lead root cause analysis of failures on GCB

  • Prepare and present 8D reports to internal and external stakeholders

  • Capture the voice of the customer and translate it into continuous improvement initiatives

  • Lead and support improvement projects on specific quality topics 

  • Support and/or lead on-site investigations

  • Prepare method statements for troubleshooting cases

Your background

  • Bachelor's or Master`s degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

  • 3-5 years of experience in quality management, and/or operations

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time

  • Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
