Position: Dental Hygienist 

Location: Zürich, ZH, Switzerland

Type: Permanent Contract

About the Role:

We're looking for a qualified Dental Hygienist recognized in Switzerland to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will ensure patient care and treatment, contribute to oral health maintenance, perform scaling, polishing, and X-rays, and implement preventive measures.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Recognized Diploma as a Dental Hygienist in Switzerland.
  • Excellent command of German (daily use, fluency required).
  • Proficient with common IT tools.
  • Highly organized with strong teamwork skills and conscientiousness.
  • Good comprehension skills and a customer-focused, communicative demeanor.

Work Environment:

  • Healthcare / Medical / Paramedical sector in Oerlikon and Willisau locations.
  • No possibility of promotion within this position.
  • Part of a large clinic with 3-4 dental chairs and 3 physicians + hygienist team.

Experience:

  • More than 3 years of experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in similar organizations like Zahnarztzentrum would be an advantage.

Recruitment Process:

  • Two interviews including HR and a Dentist.
  • On-site meeting with the clinic manager and a practical test.

Benefits:

  • Salary paid over 13 months.
  • Travel expenses reimbursement.

  • Flexibility for occasional Saturdays, typically for dentists only.
